The Company wide event was held in Nogales, AZ on Sunday February 21st. This celebration marked the 19th anniversary of the business relationship between Michael Capin and John Paul Vyborny, who together created Capin-Vyborny Customs House Brokerage on February 14th, 2002. In addition to providing the best service and expertise to our clients, one of our goals at Capin Vyborny is for everyone at the company to grow as individuals and as professionals.
We are all created for greatness and wanted this day of celebration to provide opportunity for every employee to grow. To provide that opportunity, the celebration started with a live Teams lecture by Alexandre Havard focusing on growing as individuals around virtue. The lecture also explored the different types of temperaments and how they relate to the work place. Alexandre Havard is a world-renowned author and speaker who’s books about leadership and temperament have become staples of business schools and management programs. This lecture is a continued part of Capin Vyborny’s company goal for each person at the company to become better professionals, better family members, better friends, and better citizens.
